Our group of four (two couples) spent four nights here while visiting the Dolomites and it was my favorite of the various hotels we stayed at! All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciated the folks at the bar and in the restaurant. Two of the people in our group have multiple food allergies, and the kitchen did a fantastic job of making sure that they were able to experience the same level of delicious food as anyone else. The rooms are really nice, and the beds were the most comfortable of anywhere we stayed during our trip. The hotel is very close to the little main drag of San Cassiano but at the same time is tucked away up a side street, so you get the perfect combo of a location that's both quiet and convenient. I can't wait to stay here again the next time I visit the Dolomites!

We stayed for a week. Second visit to this wonderful hotel. The hotel is immaculate. The staff are all so courteous and willing to help. Nothing is too difficult! We were made to feel very welcome. The food and service is truly excellent, has a great wine list and the spa is really well designed. All round wonderful feeling to be there. The shuttle works really well and picked up and dropped off our skis. On the day we left the owner arranged for the shuttle to drop us off at the Cortina Express station for the trip home. Wonderful! We will be back in 2026

We have stayed at the Diamant Hotel several times, and each time, the service, gastronomy, cleanliness of the rooms, and other facilities were excellent! Furthermore, the atmosphere in the hotel is familiar and warm! See you next year for sure!

This was our second stay at the Diamant. It was wonderful yet again. The friendliness of the staff. The comfort of our room, the quality of the food. The lovely relaxing spa facilities. Shuttles to/from the gondola making for a trouble free ski day. It was just perfect for us. We look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you again to all the staff at the hotel who contribute to make it such a lovely experience for their guests.

The perfect hotel for our ski break - wonderful large rooms, fabulous and great variety of food - service impeccable and the spa was worth the trip alone. Definitely recommend and will return - compared to the Alps where we usually ski this hotel punches way above - the staff are so welcoming and accommodating

Our fourth two-week stay at this wonderful hotel! Excellent rooms. Excellent food. Excellent location. Excellent staff. 10 out of 10 in every way! We would definitely recommend the Diamant. San Cassiano is a lovely location for enjoying spectacular walks in the mountains. Absolutely breathtaking scenery.

Thank you to all the lovely and helpful staff at this wonderful hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The food was plentiful with a varied choice, oh and delicious. The spa was excellent after a hard day on the slopes. The shuttle bus worked perfectly, up the steps from the boot room, into the bus and out at the gondola, easy! The area of Alta Badia is varied and you’re not far from the Hidden Valley and Cortina. Would we recommend this hotel? most definitely. So much so we’ve booked for next year. Looking forward already to our return. Grazie!

Hotel Diamant is a well-situation hotel for exploring the Dolomites. We enjoyed the hotel with very high service. Excellent restaurant both breakfast and dinner, and a relaxing spa environment to chill in after a long day of hiking in the mountains. Great hotel, staff and service even better
